The things I've found that help are metoprolol for my heart rate when I'm exercising, making sure I have extra salt in my diet, and staying hydrated. Those are the three big things. Also, knowing how to handle heat because heat is a major trigger for me.
Other than that, compression garments, changing positions slowly and being ready for the dizziness, and knowing how to navigate that are the only things that have really mattered. The metoprolol is a new addition, and it works well to keep my heart rate low during exercise, but it makes me feel like garbage, too, so I'm trying to figure that out still.
