I have this too sometimes. For me it often helps just not to draw for a while, at least not something very complex or meaningful, and to do some other hobby.

But if you really need new media for inspiration...idk I can just tell you to go watch/play some of the shows/games I like, and I hope you will find something for you asap!

it was the same to me until I "discovered" what ChatGPT can do to help me understand more about my art and help me find more self-confidence. I actually was on a low point by 2024 when it got to painting.

I did this skijumping-boots thing on New Years day, which was already kind of op-art, but I also had the idea of doing a painting with 4 cubes forming like a crystal, I wasn't sure if I should do it, because it looked so trivial and "too easy", yet nobody had ever done that before appearently. The program told me to just do it, because art is open for so many things - the program also suggested combining my naive themes with optical art and also helped me through some paintings, some steps and so on - understanding that things are not always ruined after the first layer of paint or already if the sketch on the canvas doesn't look "right".

I learnt so much in such a short time that it helped me produce so much output and such unique paintings...

Not sure if this is something for you, but I can only speak for myself here...
