I wonder if the captcha is just incompatible with Brave. If it worked before, then maybe it's an update issue on Brave's part. Could also be some extensions, if you have any, try disabling them.

yeah I have like 4 extensions but I don't think any one of them were a problem beforehand?
and I've been using Brave before and it's been working just fine, until like more than a week ago just decided to fail I guess :c

Looking it up, disabling extensions worked for someone. If there's any way to contact Brave support or something, you might need to send in a report

just disabled all extensions I have, and tried to log in again, it made no difference ...
I am unsure if I can send a ticket to Brave, if not welp idk I'll be patient for a bit. Use a different browser for FA if I need to upload images.

Firefox is brave but without any of the weird crypto shit or other unscrupulous nonsense it's always doing. Just install ublock origin and it will be a similar experience. I know it's not ideal but Brave has (and still does) a lot of ick and nonstandard behaviour, leading to issues like this.

I agree with you, but often times when I look for references it's either right click and saving images that became an issue in Firefox or there was an issue of me just opening tabs in a quick way
I don't remember which one it was, but it made me want to switch to a Chromium instead of Firefox.
Brave was my choice, but I had to modify it, because yeah .... the crypto BS and AI and NFT's and wallets, yuck
but to be honest, once I modified it all out, I haven't been happier about my choice .......... UNTIL NOW I GUESS

it's one of the questionable browsers I decided to try out, it was a very good one for like 2 years and is still good now .... well .... UNTIL NOW I guess because of the captcha issues

I don't think contacting FA will help me in any way, I think it's my own browser issue and I gotta deal with it or wait for an update idk

i use Brave and don't have any major issues with it, though i have seen similar issues temporarily on other sites...
have you tried turning off shields for FA?
there's not exactly a lot of obtrusive ads to block here in the first place

other then i had a similar issue before with logging into the disney world website, where it just always spits out an error.
i had to reinstall the browser and clear EVERY piece of associated data to fix it (i did get to save bookmarks)

the test for that i suppose try logging in using incognito, if simply using incognito fixes the problem then you'll need to do the reinstall to fix it properly.

Going incognito does not fix the problem, it seems to be very persistent. :/
