This mainly goes out to the artists I know on Discord and on FA who are also on Furaffinity, or are artists and AI directors of Discord but not Furaffinity. Do not fret, you aren't in trouble, but this is just an announcement for those who plan on submitting their versions of my characters whether upon request, collaboration, or occasionally but very rarely... commissions. And I'm not a guy who regularly does commissions. I'm a hobbyist who only takes requests, because who doesn't like free stuff?
So, on that note....
If it hasn't already been known to friends or followers who know me here on Furaffinity or on Discord, I'm not a member of e621 or e6ai, nor do I intend to be sometime in the future, because I don't believe my line of art would be favored on that platform. I don't really think my gallery belongs on an art website that mostly has NSFW furry art and animations. Not to mention, I have no idea how AI generations work. I mean, yeah, I have some furry references, collabs and general furry art that doesn't involve only guns, but I don't think that my style and my gallery's theme meet the qualifications or expectations on that website. It's also kinda why I didn't join Patreon even before they started having a fee for new members.
I can't make NSFW explicit art for the life of me, although I have tried in previous years (and was dissatisfied with the results). Pin-ups I can do, but mostly when they're clean. But I have had people make their versions of my characters upon request, whether they're manually drawn/painted or AI-generated. So I just wanna make a friendly notice to any e621/e6ai users who are using AI generations or manually painting/drawing my characters, if you are going to post my characters in your versions on there, at least credit me as the owner of said characters. You can still credit yourselves as the artist/director, but the respect should still be given to the rightful owners of those characters. I'm sure you already know the drill, but I'd like to avoid any future issues.
Because I feel like that some recognition may be expanding my way with these characters, I just want to clarify. If you make, draft or direct your versions of my characters, upon contacting me prior, you may be permitted to post them on e621/e6ai.
Thank you for your time.
