Sooo, whats been happening

You possibly noticed my lack of presence doing art the past few weeks. Well...Shits gotten real with me.
I have Leukopenia. AKA Low White Blood Cell disease.
I've been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis suddenly popping up in my body since January 2023, a few weeks after I was forced to take a fourth Covid-9 vaccine due to my job requirements (Pfizer). I have zero family history of RA on either side of my family, so this caught me completely off guard. I was literally seriously aching and swelling in my joints to the point if a fire erupted 3 feet away, I couldn't flee fast enough. I could barely squeeze my feet in my shoes, my feet and ankles were so swollen, along with my knees. My hands suffered the worst, I could barely bend my fingers, the back of my hands looked like turtle shells, they were that bad. I saw a doctor about it, who tried to get me an appointment with a rheumatologist , It was early March, the next opening wasn't until late August! My primary doctor said he wanted a second opinion, left, and came back with another doctor, who saw me. Never a good sign when the other doctor says "Holy SHIT!!" seeing my condition. He immediately demands I get in sooner, seeing a RA in a week. Long story short there, I was placed on numerous RA drugs to control the situation. Only to my horror, my body reacted to those drugs, I was constantly developing later diagnosed as Rheumatoid lumps developed mainly on my right hand. I discussed my needed surgery on my thumb especially later on. And then numerous rounds of steroid injections in an ever growing number of lumps forming in my hand to shrink them without the surgery.
In March 2025 I was assigned to start reducing or dropping certain RA drugs and start bimonthly injections of Humira. My last steroid injections to lessen the lumps was in mid May. The Humira seemed to be working. In late May I badly wrenched my left ankle, I figured, okay you just strained it, tough it out. By late July I was still in pain, by August I was in extreme pain. I was X-Rayed and MRI'd. Turns out I had a tendon physically tear a piece of bone off my ankle, and the doctors said it "Wasn't worth surgery to screw the bone chip back in place." And my primary job has me on my feet 7-8 hours a day!! I'm forced to wear a brace on my ankle and in some days a 'Frankenstein boot', which to me after a few hours, feels like somebody is jabbing two flat bladed screwdrivers into my ankle and twisting the blade. I'm to get a steroid injection into my ankle in early December to help ease the pain. And worse yet "Maybe in late January or early February we might do surgery, til then, physical therapy til then."
So, back to the Leukepena , I have to have blood draws roughly every 4-6 weeks to check my liver functions due to the RA drugs. In August my White blood count was at 4.2, in September it dropped to 3.7, mid October, 1.8! The average person is between 4.8-11.25 WBC. My RA doctor immediately orders me to stop taking ALL my medications, even Tylenol or Naproxen to alleviate the pain . I am taking a prescription once a day to flush my system for 11 days before another blood draw to see if I stabilized or improved my WBC count. As of today, still have 5 days to go then my next blood draw. I hope this works. If it doesn't, I could possibly have Lupus, or worse, Leukemia.
Between the jobs, massive amount of pain and exhaustion, It seriously bothers me. Plus this flushing drug also plays havoc with my bowels, giving me 'Loosey Goosies', thankfully not the runs, daily, that and I'm constantly pissing all night.
So yeah, getting older sucks utter ass. And as I keep telling the various doctors , Why am I expecting to see on TV in 3-5 years , commercials that state "If you developed the following conditions/diseases after taking the Pfizer Covid inoculation, call this number at XXX-XXX-XXXX"?
But the aches of RA are creeping back into my hands, which sucks too, least the lumps aren't returning!

Thoughts and prayers your way Jim.
I don't think that the COVID vax is responsible, though... Not more than any other Vax. so... 1 in a hundred K people? A million? Sure, you could be the lucky one. Can't do much about RNG deciding "this one".
The reaction to the RA drugs is much more concerning to me, and I hope like hell that improves for you soon.
My issue (started in early 2023) is the converse of yours... Low RED blood cell count. Getting that was its own adventure, but at least it's manageable with some Iron supplements.
Unfortunatly, Leukopenia is one of the listed side effects of the pfizer jab.
Hope you get better, my friend.
Hope they're able to find out what's causing the issues and develop a treatment plan.
Hoping the best for you, and I agree with Couger's suggestion that you consider alternate medical avenues. :)
I hope you get better, and soon!
