Quick clarification on use of my Characters

Heya folks!
I just wanted to quickly clarify what you can and can't do with any of my characters I upload here cause I realize it's not very clear and some people asked for clarification.
This is kinda boring but needed, I apologize.
For the most part, all my characters and their images/art fall under what is effectively the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, with two extra tweaks thrown on top.
Please see the site here for full terms, but effectively:
You are allowed to share and reupload BUT you ABSOLUTELY ARE REQUIRED to give proper attribution no matter what. This is non-negotiable, you must credit me.
Pretty much any other use is not allowed. You can basically only share images with credit and that's functionally it.
You can credit me with any of the following:
FA: Hexzatite (kraenite.avali)
Bsky: hexzatite.bsky.social
Discord: hexzatite
The two extra tweaks thrown on top are the following:
- No use in any generative AI systems, such as AI characters or AI art generation (I believe this falls under "Commercial Use" anyways but better just to clarify)
- No use as identification/Impersonation, this includes using character names or images as account names, profile icons/images, or other such uses. Basically, you can't pretend to be me or own any of my characters (If I understand the CC system correctly, this is perfectly fine to add on)
I will eventually put this info on a personal site, but for now since FA is my main image sharing platform, here it will go. I will be updating most of my posts with this info.
Sorry for the boring legalize, but as I grow and become more of an artist, kinda need to set stuff like this up. I apologize for the mad yapping.
