blackouts/ traditional sketches?

So, uuh... Electricity shit got worse.
It hasn't been that long since my last update, but after that there have been numerous missile and drone attacks on the power grid of my entire country. We've been living in near-total darkness for days now—seven hours without power, followed by three hours with electricity, and then repeating the cycle. Stores are relying on generators, and those with money are buying charging stations. Power banks and rechargeable lamps are flying off the shelves, and I've had to replenish my candle supply at home.
I'm physically unable to draw digitally, and unfortunately, my laptop only holds a charge for an hour and a half, which isn't even close to enough to (productively) survive seven-hour blackouts. I've tried looking into powerbanks that can power my laptop (charging stations are out of the question, given their prices and all my credit cards are in the red), but I understand next to nothing about voltages/power consumption/etc., so this issue is dragging on.
The only positive thing is that I finally bought adapter cables for my router and connected it to my small power bank, so at least I have internet 24/7! The isolation was killing me, so I'm so glad to at least overcome that.
And speaking of money, I really need money for medications, tests (in a week, my mother will be hospitalized in the cardiology department for a coronary angiography, which costs 3,000 hryvnias, followed by the selection and purchase of new medications), groceries, and, if possible, maybe a power bank for my laptop? I'm not sure I can afford the latter, but I'd really like to.
I'd like to offer traditional sketches on paper for $10 per character if anyone is interested! For characters and poses of any complexity qwq
Also, all my YCHs and unsold adopts in my gallery are still actual, as well as all types of digital commissions. Unfortunately, I don't know when/if the power situation will improve, so the turnaround time for the latter and YCHs is still uncertain,,

About powerbank. Im my home i have a accident electricity system, which consists from car battery (100 Ah) and transformer (12 to 220 v). That thing can work more than 4 hours with big powerful TV.
I think you can use similar thing.
