After some messages to the paypal's support, I finally got my account back!
So, I can make commissions again ^-^.
But with some more stricts rules:
1.- No more payment before the draw, I'll always ask for payment after get the commission complete.
2.- No notes/comments on payment: please don't use that thing even if you just wanna say "thank you". If you want to say it, just say it directly on FA notes/Discord.
