The Anti Defamation League began in 1913, and used to be a reliable source on hate groups, but particularly since the Zionist Jonathan Greenblatt took control of it, has become more and more of a mouthpiece for the government of Israel. This is particularly seen in the way that they now equate antizionism and criticism of the Israeli government with antisemitism, which they distinctly aren't. Judaism is not equivalent with Zionism or the Israeli state. This greatly inflates their numbers on incidents of antisemitism, much as he might deny this, and devalues the incidents of ACTUAL antisemitism.
The ADL's, or rather Greenblatt's, recent initiation of the "Mamdani Monitor" is blatant Islamophobia, and guarantees to stoke hate against him, and could even endanger his life. They've never proposed to do anything like this before, but claim that it's now necessary.
Despite the Jewish people of NYC voting overwhelmingly for Mamdani, Greenblatt said that the Mamdani Monitor was for the Jewich people of New York who feel threatened by his mayoralty.
