In a bit of financial trouble...help

Soo whilst I'm still waiting to get started on this new job (which is just taking forever but now they have to do checks so at least there's progress) I kinda need some help or just need to address something that's just gotten worse over the year.
It's no secret that this year has been exhausting in every possible way for me but in the backgrounds I have been working to near collapse to keep me and my family afloat but to put on top of that I've been paying off a huge loan which was fine to begin with but as the year has gone on and cost of food and living has gone up and the art market dying along with just a world wide crisis and the failure at the con, it's begun to get harder and harder, the loan agreement (which again I full understood and consent to) was to take %25 off all my payments and my dumb brain forgot that the bigger the payment the bigger the chunk it takes which has effected my ability to pay rent, food, meds, etc.
And for a while I was ok with this, again, I agreed and understood that this was how it was gonna be till it was paid off and I was getting by. But now my taxes came through...
And now I owe them £3000 by January of next year on top of the loan which I have about £2000 left to pay , so now I am VERY worried, I have no savings, still waiting to start my job and I'm exhausted from working overtime and not sure what to do.
I'm selling stuff on vinted, I'm planning on doing YCHS and just general commissions to try and pay off as much as I can. But I know it's not gonna be enough and I'm sorry to be such an beggar but I seriously need help with this... even just some of it.

I am still going to try and pump out as much as I can to pay these off, But thank you for taking time to read this and any help you may give.
