Yes, you'll probably wonder why I came up with this idea.
The reason is that in Germany, I only receive basic social security benefits, supplemented by up to €250 in salary from my employer, the sheltered workshop. This is a significant loss for me with a 60% disability. I'm also asking my parents, and since I'm actually 25 years old, and people with disabilities, for example, have to pay €120 for the commission at Virno, which isn't enough money to live on.
But I'm organizing a small event every two months so that artists don't quickly fall into dire financial straits.
I will mention at least 10 artists and need to know if they're participating voluntarily or not. Then they can ask questions, which I would appreciate. And don't forget to like this post!
And for your information: please do not insult me or the more than 7 billion people with disabilities, and please do not bully them either; that would be a disgrace, making them feel totally helpless and exploited. But please treat people with disabilities with respect.
