Hewwo everyone! Just a quick life update, and why I haven't been on as much, or taking commissions, or doing a bunch of "my stuff" kind of art.
I've been in the thick of my disability all through this year. Once I get stable, I go back to being unstable. It sucks. It hurts both physically and mentally. This current instability is bringing up depression and mania, which is new. Mania we have plans in place for. Depression, not so much. I like to say I'm trying really hard, and my therapist says I'm succeeding (he actually made me cry when he said he was proud of me), but I still have that paranoia that everyone's lying to me. Like. I should be better than this, even though I know deep in my heart that I'm doing great despite my disability.
We have plans in place to get me at least back up and "walking" again. I'm hoping to sit down and actually time icons, stickers, torsos, and full bodies to make sure I'm not shorting myself for my 2026 commission sheet. I'll be using my own characters, so that's actually a boon for you guys. I get my characters done faster. I'm sticking with $15 per hour. So we'll see how that goes. These will probably be done slowly, about 1 or so every 2 weeks. The goal, that isn't like a big no-no if I don't get it, is 1 piece per 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to it.
