With my first commission in the works, I realized a rather big issue. I allowed for any amount of ideas to be added as long as it doesn't exceed the 16 000 frames I'm allowed to use in flash.

And thus with the first commission character, I was asked for the most amount of content ever which I estimated to have around 12-15k frames, very close to the limit.
So the issue is that I said I would allow the character owners to get their money back 3 months starting from after I finished the character model.
You can guess with the amount of work I have to do that I might not be able to make it in time. Thus, I decided I'd adjust the time based on the amount of frames estimated :

Bellow 3k frames : 2 months till you can get refunded
Bellow 5k frames : 3 months till you can get refunded
Bellow 10k frames : 4 months till you can get refunded
Bellow 15k frames : 5 months till you can get refunded


IMPORTANT : I WILL STILL FINISH THE CHARACTER FULLY EVEN IF YOU GET REFUNDED

I will make sure anyone that has already submitted the commission form knows about this once I choose them in the future.
