I've made the hard decision to reboot my Omega lore/story, specifically everything for the Pokemon League arc, because all I really had was a bunch of jumbled ideas I was trying to force into something coherent. Basic lore details like how Omegas work including their growth triggers, shared powers, individual powers and character backstories will remain the same in the reboot, just retooled to flow better for a ongoing narrative.

Ore will still be the main character alongside his friends in Gris and Antonio, I feel like I had the makings of a good main trio there.

As for the setting, Oran Village was starting to feel like a afterthought when the heart of the arc should be the community living there. I was falling into the trap of trying to make the reader care about this massive world spanning conspiracy when I didn't give a reason to care. I fully acknowledge that this is a beginners failing as a writer and this new version of the story will be much smaller in scale at least for this first arc.

With a clear focus in mind I hope this version of the Omega characters, world and story will form into something much better then the mess I was struggling to form into something decent.
