The Sometimes Confusing Witticisms and Perplexing Perspectives of the Legendary Coyote of Apache Lore.
Oi... so here we are... all 'Steely Dan' and "Reelin in the Years". I won't go into detail but... it's pretty simple. Mom is old. And everything that comes with that has had me as busy as a one legged man in an ass kickin contest. And so, my "life" on the web mostly disappeared. Here... Tapestries... everywhere. Now, although it's still hectic, it seems to have stabilzed a bit. Especially since my own health issues have been addressed and sent packing. (Destination unknown).
It's gonna be a while before I catch up here though. 1,300+ submissions... 170+ journals... I managed to reply to all the ones I'd already replied to so that helps a little. Oh... and 1 trouble ticket. (Resolved)
I took several hours and whittled down the submissions to just over 550... for now. I have a LOT or reading to do to catch up. Patience mates and sheilas. I'm not as young as I use to be. :-P

And, life is a gift that just keeps givin, ain't it? Not long after I posted this story I went to town to get a new microwave... the old one died. I stop at the gas station and smoke pours from under my hood. *sniff-sniff*... that's not a coolant leak... that's fire.
I grabbed my jacket and popped the hood and beat it out. Lucky I reacted as fast as I did. Saved everything... but the jacket... and the center windshield water spritzer... and the hood liner. After talks to the fire department and being sure she ran fine, we finished out day.
That was friday.
Saturday it was cold and rained all day.
Sunday I went to check on the car and rodents (lord knows which ones) had eaten the wires. Major damage. No car. Today I finally got it fixed to where I think I can drive into town and get a new wire harness installed. Then I can take mom in to the doctor to get her x-ray'd... because she fell down hard yesterday and her hip hurts.
*sighs*. Stop this damned ride! I want off!!!!! =^@.@^=
