Alas im going to have to eventually start my fa account over as I've realized the hacked email I had hacked back In June/July is tied to my account and I can't remember my user name password so to reset it I have to have a link sent to that email which means I can't access it. This means if and when I get logged out of fa I am boned on accessing my account.

Try asking FA support first, explain that you can't access your email anymore. You might need to prove ownership in some other way? I feel like IP addresses might be useful for showing your (APPROXIMATE) location, if you have a static IP that is
