Super kind and easy to work with, has always made sure to go step by step with me when making my pieces so that they come out as best they can, cares quite heavily for even some of the smallest details, and, quite honestly, definitely undersells themselves. Their prices are absolutely phenomenal for the quality they offer, to the point that it almost feels like stealing at times.
