Please Help Me

Hello again everyone.
So here's the rundown...
I'm currently living in a place that has:
- black mold in one of the rooms
- laundry machines that do not work
- absolutely no hot water
- multiple holes in each room (some of which lead outside, I have found wild animals sneaking into the house through these holes)
- mice
- a roach infestation that is ~10-ish or so years established (I moved in recently, Dad was living here for about 13 years before I moved in, I moved OUT about 11 years ago and they weren't there then, and a year later he was complaining about them)
- a cat I cannot take care of, cannot get rid of, and cannot set loose in town (he's not my cat, I'm stuck keeping him for my brother until they can get him fixed)
- A zero-opportunity job market (I've applied everywhere in town multiple times, been rejected every time for lack of experience, even for the cashier and stocking positions, which is BS since I do have experience with both)
- A dad that consistently blames me for the disrepair the house is in (been living here about eight months, EVERYTHING is exactly as it was when I first moved in, and it has been this way since BEFORE I moved in) and belittles me while talking about how much he plans to help, only to spend countless dollars on junk cars and the woman that moved in with him at his other house
- A mom that swears up and down she'll help me with anything I need, but spent months refusing to even drive me to the store (I had no car, she had my bike and wouldn't bring it over, and so I was forced to pay delivery fees to get groceries brought, which drastically increased my food costs each month), let alone anything else
I'm barely surviving on the help from my friends, who are the only reason I'm still alive at this point. I cannot keep living here, and I cannot sustain this place. It's killing me, slowly but steadily, and I have to get out.

This goal is to help me move to Kentucky to live near a friend of mine. The money covers:
- The cost of getting an apartment and affording it while I apply to jobs
- The cost of getting internet established at the new place
- The cost of groceries while I'm looking for a job
- The cost of travel to physically move my things out there
- Survival costs to sustain myself living here until such time as I am able to move.
I absolutely need to get out of here. I can't keep living here, not when this is the reality I'm stuck in.
