Decided its time to update my ToS since alot changed over the year ^^
Things i draw:
- Any Gender!
- Any species welcome! (Anthro characters preferred but humans are also welcome!)
- Sfw and Nsfw Art
- Private commissions accepted. (Please just tell me when you commission me if you want to keep the commission private ^^)
Things i wont draw:
- Any cub related art.
- Any zoophilia related art. (This includes nsfw feral art!)
- Any form or Gore
- Any form of Scat
- Overexaggerated muscles or anatomy (This includes Hyper muscle characters)
Side note: If your unsure about a idea you have, feel free to message me about it. ^^
Commissions:
- Complex characters can be subject to additional fee's. Character complexity can be:
* Alot of markings
* Detailed Tattoo designs
* Complex Wing designs.
- I have the right not to accept a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the idea or with the individual requesting the commission.
Ych's/Auctions:
- Complex characters can be subject to additional fee's. Character complexity can be:
* Alot of markings
* Detailed Tattoo designs
* Complex Wing designs.
Some extra info on Changes (Edits):
- Changes should be made as soon as possible! I send Work in Progress (Wip) pictures with every major step in my drawing process. (Sketch, line, flatcolor, shading) I accept a maximum of 5 free changes after sending a wip pic, any changes after the 5 free changes will be subject to a additional fee of $5 per change I need to make.
- If any changes are requested after a artwork is completed (When the PNG is already sent to the client) a Edit fee of $15 - $25 will be charged depending on the change.
Some info on changes on ych's/Auctions:
- Changes to a background will not be made on a ych/auction unless stated otherwise in the post of the said artwork.
- In a case of a ych/auction where the characters have a outfit or accessory on, It will not be subject to any requested changes or be removed unless stated otherwise in the ych/auction's post.
- Expressions will not be changed in ych/auction unless stated otherwise in the post of the ych/auction.
Payments and Refunds:
- If you commission me or buy a ych/auction slot, after receiving all the details i need to get started, I will send you a invoice before starting on your piece with the total amount due for your order. Payment must be made in 24 hours prior receiving the invoice or the slot will be cancelled/reopened. (If you can pay for your order in 24H because of any personal issues, please contact me so we can make some other arrangements for your order <3 I know life happens and can kick you in the butt sometimes.)
- In a case of a cancellation or refund:
Depending on the progress towards the completions of the artwork, I will deduct a percentage from the total worth of the artwork depending on how far the progress on the artwork got.
* Sketching phase: 5% - 10% deduction from the total amount.
* Lining phase: 10% - 30% deduction from the total amount.
* Flatcolor phase: 30% - 50% deduction from the total amount.
* Shading phase: 50% - 100% deduction from the total amount.
Ych's and auctions:
- After claiming or winning a slot, I will contact you as soon as I can to close your slot and get started on your order. A period of 24H will be given to ensure details and payment can be provided. Failing to send the payment withing 24H after receiving a invoice will result in your slot to reopen and be lost.
- Please don't bid on a auction slot if you can't afford the price, failing to pay for a auction slot or "hiding your bid", will result in a ban from me and you will not be able to participate in any further auctions, claim ych's or get commissions from me again.
- In a case where you can't afford a auction slot due to any personal issues (again life happens sometimes <3) Please let me know so we can make a exception and decide on later payment or payment plans. <3
Last notes:
- Art is my hobby and Par-Time income, I have a fulltime career as a hairstylist, Please take that into consideration when commissioning me
<3 If any delays happen i will notify you as soon as i can.
- Timezone is GMT +2, so if you don't get a hold of me, don't fret! I might just be working or sleeping XD
