Quick notes on fan art/design/ocs/etc

I keep holding it off as idk how to word it, but why not make it to the point, especially if I'm starting to make this more.

Please ask! I'm uncomfortable with fanart that changes lore/designs drastically. (gender, species, personality bending, for example)

Don't until everything is published, my species are closed until then
So, why am I touchy about this? I used to allow this all, unfortunately, it was done with hidden agendas. I got pressured to make the fan art/ocs canon, to remove and change core elements of the story, all so it could be "my soft sweet sexy blorbo uwu". It has ruined +7 years of work, and in only recent years I've grown confident to add things what I WANT without that old voice saying it's "makes the story worse".
I like my stories to be unpredictable and challenging, and foremost, represent my mind; I want it to flow out with only edits to make it sense in the grand scheme of things. Your favourite characters will fuck up, get screwed over, and die, some will become irredeemable. I get attachment, but I hope to gain an audience who appreciates my vision rather than them forcing me to change into their dream come true.
I won't ever do that, it's my dream. HOWEVER!!!! I'll take it as an great honor if anyone becomes your blorbo! Please have fun with the scenarios in your mind! I WILL NOT POLICE YOUR THOUGHTS! That's insane to ask that of anyone, all I ask is to limit what you create with my creations. If this is respected enough, I may change my mind in a few years.
This boundary only exists so I can work in peace and without worry, once I'm finished... Then anything goes, I can't be pressured into changing it. Due to this reason, if something is finished, I'll make it VERY clear so you can have fun too! <3
