I forgot to update here: health issues

General
I'm slow to post, work etc. cause I have cold turkey'ed a medicine that I have been taking almost 10 years, because my doctor didn't refill my meds for 4 days for no reason at all. This wasn't the first time either. So since I was already 4 days withdrawing and super pissed off and feeling betrayed, I just stopped taking my anti depressant.
It's over a week and I'm feeling a bit more re-calibrated. Still not emotionally well, but it seems like it's finally going in a good direction.
Thank you to people waiting on me. Apologies, I was hoping to have my to do list cleared like a week ago, but I feel like I'm teleporting through time.
Hopefully soon it'll be better.
Edit to add: If you are wanting off your meds, try to do it slowly and tapered off. This isn't the way to do it. I'm in a bad situation with my doctors and insurance(yay america). I feel like I've been forced into it.

I hope you find peace soon, thank you for sharing!
The worst of it was like 2 days ago(like 8 days after stopping). I feel like I'm slowly getting better now.
Don't know how much you can cope with your life without them, but I do hope somehow you can manage living without them...
Still a bit to the left of myself. But better than I'd felt on the medication.
Edit to add: This is not the way I'd choose to do it. And if anyone is wanting off their meds, they should do it the slow tapered way.
But yeah, I don't think it should be done this way, definitely agree
I cold turkeyed my birth control 2 years ago (2 months before the elections) for fear of suddenly getting cut off and not being able to have it, and now its up for debate so you know preparedness and all that
And it was... rough... made my depression tank, my abdominal pain worse for a few months, made my vertigo act up for a while, and the nausea sucked too
But yeah side effects suck... I'm glad yours almost seem to be done tho!
