TMI update to Everything that happened this summer:
I'm currently waiting for the date to be settled on the trial defending against my mother for homicide attempt and abuse + abusing my younger brother as well. However, I'm still forced to live with her since she appealed she's mentally disordered and won't leave the household so no restraining order has been put in place. She's (supposedly) drug free but brings me too much stress and still asks me for money every few days (I don't give her anything at all). All my earnings come from commissions and I'm currently being harassed by her dealers to pay for her debts since she won't pay them. I just want to live as normally as possible.
