General
1. General By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
2. Payment Full or partial payment (50%) is required before I start your commission. All payments are non-refundable once the sketch/preview is approved.
3. Process I will provide progress updates (sketch → base colors → final). Revisions are allowed only during the sketch phase (2 free edits).
4. Usage Rights Personal use only (profile picture, wallpaper, etc.) unless commercial rights are purchased. You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell, or mint it as NFT. I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or social media (unless agreed otherwise).
5. Deadlines & Delivery Delivery time varies (usually 1–3 weeks depending on complexity). Final artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG/JPG format via email or DM.
6. Cancellations & Refunds If I cancel, you’ll receive a full refund. Once I start rendering, no refund is given.
7. Communication Please respond promptly during the process to avoid delays. Rude or disrespectful behaviour may result in cancellation.
