Permanent character use permissions

In case questions ever arise, these are the people with permanent permission to use my characters:
Once a month
RacerDragon may use any of my characters except Anzu for a win-a-date. This may include using multiple of them at once for a single auction. Character preferences may be ignored for the purpose of what the winners elect as their prize.
DemonicBolt and 
Tootanesca may use any of my characters for their own art or art commissioned from others without restriction, they know what each character will and won't do.
Riht may use Anzu however makes sense with the knowledge of what is in character or not.
Note:
baset3mpest co-owns Pine and doesn't need my permission to use or grant permission to others.
