My bfs room flooded again, its because these buildings were poorly built, he already had his entire bottom of the wall ripped out, now the carpet, they said it was fixed and shouldn't have happened again, a little rain caused it, issue is, ALL OF MY STUFF was on the floor, and is now soaking wet and ruined, im so angry and upset, if you can please commission me so I can try to recover what was ruined I would really appreciate it....
