It's not exactly the end of the year in Cedestrya, but this Journal seemed right to be titled this way.
A year of many non-happy endings. The flow of life has been chaotic. But, amidst the darkness, there were moments of beauty and light, too.

At this time of the year, I always remember that boy from elementary school. My dystopian friend, my rival with whom we shared light and shadow, being extremely diverse but magically compatible, with whom we almost formed a romantic relationship. In short, shit happened, and I lost him. And it's a trauma that has been left unresolved. I miss him so, so much…

To all those who have lost someone, whether in life or death, I send you a huge and tight hug. It's no longer about “happy holidays” of sugar, spice and everything nice anymore, but we have to keep our spirits up; otherwise, we'll all fall apart.
Personally, I accomplished a lot this year, and at least I'm alive… But I wish I hadn't been for many of these 365 days…
Make the most of it. We don't know if we'll be able to tell the story later. Leave the best legacy you can for your beloved ones, doing love and not war and being unique in your own essence…
