ok, the new mods by themselves can't actually do this alone I don't think (or even with external buffs/debuffs) it's because of how duviri decrees work. Not only do they work on your warframe, but they also work on companions (not allowed in duviri) and also your operator/drifter. I have a shitton of buffs because I was stacking decrees for like 2 hours, and now that the amp is a pretty passable weapon it can demonstrably hit some very high dps lol

oh right and the free decree frame is koumei, the "gambling" frame. it's pretty easy to get her, though it's a little dull to have to run shrine defense like 20 times even though it's only like 2 mins each if you know what you're doing

Then if that’s already done I guess get to R5 with the cavia and hex since infested liches and both the endgame rogue-like missions are locked over there
