ARTIST SPOTLIGHT OF THE WHENEVER THE FUCK I FEEL LIKE CHANGING IT

in order to improve my and my son's living situation i've opened a ko-fi for anyone that might want to contribute and offer support.
Our housing situation is less than ideal and we're hoping to expand by placing a tinyhome on the land my dad left me when he passed.
Currently we're packed into a somewhat-modified utility building so i can sortof work and we have a roof and all that but it's temporary at best. the goal is to set up a 2 bed 1 bath tinyhome then use the current utility building for my designated work shop.
there's a lot that's going to be involved in the new setup, as far as prep work is concerned. electricity isnt an issue, i have a licensed electrician friend who has offered to come out and help with the electrical hookups and lots of good folks willing to come and donate time and labor toward tearing down my dad's old rotted out trailer to make room for the new building etc.
what needs to happen to make this a thing is as follows:
New storage shed to hold stuff that wont fit in the utility building so the old gutted out/rotten trailer can be demolished
Water meter installation
Septic system installation
Trenches for pipes and electrical lines dug (potential heavy machinery rental)
the tinyhome building itself (down payment at minimum)
The end goal for this is late june early july for prep work and building placement.
