Openings Temporarily Postponed!

Hey folks! Sorry that I opened for commissions earlier in the month and just didn't keep them open. I think many of us are aware by now that a dear friend of mine -- the great artist Hookaloof -- has suddenly passed away. They leave behind heartbroken loved ones, shaken roommates, and a body of work that will glow forever in the light of love they leave behind.
I'm doing what I can to confront my grief, but it's not easy. Many of my friends knew her too, so there's a big need for a support group to hold together and show the deer's spirit some love. Tumuary -- an event they started for January just days before they passed on -- has been getting strong traction as people who cared for Hooka come out and honor their memory. I have a contribution of my own to provide, but real life timing has been rather brutal, with work and family stuff butting in when all I want is time to myself.
Expect a very special upload of Hookaloof's work -- the last one that a friend and I were able to acquire -- very soon, on a day when I can get the whole thing uploaded without much interruption.
I'm also going to use this opportunity to solidify my commission prices, slot vacancies, and plan my next big project. Even now, it feels like I'm spending more money than I'm earning, and working too hard for too little isn't worth it, not when I've seen what it can do to someone so dear. I'm going to do what I can to keep my stories accessible, offer installment payment options and that, and even start selling SPECIAL work as a paid download through the help of some very well-known friends. Hopefully with countermeasures and pivots like these, I can keep my doors open and offer my story stylings to those most willing. When I've got everything set up and ready to go, I'll open for commissions again, with a far more stable plan of attack.
To all of my fans and followers, I love you guys terribly. I'm going to do what I can to keep Hooka's flame alive. I'll keep creating stories and sharing content with the same excitement and exuberance you've come to enjoy, and I'll remain as passionate and dedicated to quality content for the masses as ever.
