By accepting a commission or free request from me or drawing fan-art of my characters as an artist, you agree to the following terms. These terms are to help protect both you as an artist and me as a commissioner. These terms are subject to change at any time, though if I change them during an ongoing commission or request, you will still be bound by the old terms and not the new terms.

1. PAID COMMISSIONS ONLY: You will complete the order within 179 days (six months minus one day) of payment being sent. If you are unable or unsure that you will be able to complete the commission within 179 days, you will not demand payment until such a time that you will be able to complete the order within 179 days.
2. I will have the right to post the completed illustration on my social media pages, namely my Bluesky and FurAffinity pages, and on my personal Discord server. You will also have the right to post the finished illustration on any of your own pages.
3. You will follow the instructions I give for pose, scenario, etc. to a satisfactory degree where given, and not include any fetishes, speech or scenario, express or implied, that I deem unacceptable. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, racism, sexism, hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, vore, gore, bodily waste, ABDL, snuff, and more. Please ask for confirmation if you are unsure.
4. You will NOT use the finished illustration or any WIPs for AI training or NFT minting under any circumstances.
5. You will NOT use AI or image generation for ANY part of the process, whether as a reference or as part of the finished product, and you will NOT trace another artist's work as part of the process.
6. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older, even for purely SFW artworks.
7. You will mention me by name as the owner of the character(s) in question and/or as the commissioner when you post the completed illustration, where relevant. If the illustration includes characters not owned by me, then you will also mention the name(s) of the character owner(s) that have also been included in the piece. I will also mention you by name in my own postings of the finished work.
8. 3RD-PARTY FAN ART ONLY: I reserve the right to deny any requests for using my character for fan-art if the requester or the artist are blacklisted or otherwise make me feel uncomfortable.
9. 3RD-PARTY FAN ART ONLY: You will send me the link to the finished illustration via direct message and/or ping me by name once the illustration is completed.

Failure to follow these terms will result in a refund being demanded, being blacklisted from further commissions and usage of my characters, and a beware being posted if necessary.
"3rd-Party Fan Art", in these terms, refers to commissions or requests that involve my characters that were requested by someone other than me (the 3rd party).
