Sounds like your discord installation is infected too, if you've got multiple accounts hacked

That's really painful. I'm pretty sure when it happened to me I fully reinstalled my machine cause I think some iteration of the virus can be particularly sticky. As Tanti stated it could have infected your installation, meaning that you'd need to go through some extra steps to prevent it from taking your account again after you try to uninstall and reinstall it I believe.
