so...
hey.. how's it going?
it's 2026, isn't that wild?
been a wild few years over in my neck of the woods, so I hope you've all kept yourselves well.
there's a lot that's happened, biggest being some medical/physical developments that are rather private.
second being my tablet was rendered near-unusable for over a year and a half.
I'd literally draw a line, and it'd disconnect. Finagled it to work, drew a second line.. disconnect.
It was hell trying to start/finish anything, on top of now-chronic exhaustion that's come around due to stress.
... yayyy
anyway.
I'm finally in a better place. I'm safe, which was a concern for a long while there.
a new tablet has been acquired, too! (my dream cintiq, to be exact)
so now I can get back to working on owed work, and new things alike.
I guess this journal, on top of being a generalized update is just my way of saying I'm still here.
I never ran away, I just got sad, and then very, very sick.
It's been over 10 years since I joined, and I've asked for patience a lot during that time.
but if you can offer me just a little bit more, I'll try my best to come back in full.. at least, in small doses.
