Apologies for the lack of updates on my part. The holiday rush took a heavy toll on me and my sanity during the last couple months. In addition, my December birthday was meh overall save for a few gift arts I've gotten by some of my friends (which is much appreciated given how bad my birthdays usually turn out). Because of that, I really needed to take a personal time to recover from all that and took most of January off from art to manage my mental health. Now that's out of the way, it's time to get down to business on what to expect for 2026.
First, I'm planning on reopening commissions within February where I'll be taking slots to avoid overextending myself. Due to the rising costs, there will be a small price increase for commissions though I don't intend to increase the price higher than $5 more than the current listings. Those who I've already promised a commission before my hiatus will be grandfathered into the old price. As we speak, I'm currently working on one of my commissions as we speak, which brings us to my next point.
To help with my Patreon page and with the permission of my commissioners, I plan on sharing WIPs of their commissions as well as some of my personal art to give insight to how I work as well as what to expect from me. As this is with the permission of the original commissioners, I will not be sharing WIPs if they do not wish to make them seen nor with private commissions. As always, the finished commission work will be made public without the need to subscribe to my Patreon after some time. The original commissioner will still be able to see WIPs and the finished pics without needing to subscribe as I will be in contact with them directly during the whole process. For this one, my lowest Patreon tier is enough to see the WIPs which is only $1 a month.
I'm also planning on other YCH ideas in addition to my annual Juicy July selfies. Unlike the Juicy July ones, these YCHs can be available year round without needing to be locked around a specific time frame. So far, nothing is set in stone yet but I will announce them when they are ready.
