Need help. Looking to buy a pre-built pc

From the office of Joy kill:
I tried replacing the power supply on my old PC, but it still won’t turn on. No lights, no power, nothing. I followed an online guide step by step, but I’m not a tech person, so that didn’t help much.
Now I’m looking for a prebuilt PC that I can pay off over time. I don’t want to spend more than $1,200 total. I’m not a big gamer, but I do use my PC for digital drawing (mostly Clip Studio Paint).
I asked ChatGPT for a recommendation, and it suggested this one:
What do you all think?
Is that a good choice for drawing and general use?
Do you know a better place to buy?
Should I consider a laptop instead?
Like I said, I’m not tech-savvy and I’m on a budget, so any honest advice helps

I literally use a gaming PC for digital art and rarely play games

You could build a good pc gamer, but these obviously require more care

That iBuyPower system looks really solid. I would not recommend a laptop, desktop system is always going to perform better for cheaper. You could also buy directly from iBuyPower's website but it's likely same price

I was thinking of getting it from best buy cause I can get it today

Yeah whichever is convenient. New PC is always exciting:) save your existing hard drive and probably reuse it on the new system. Otherwise you might be able to sell theold system for parts to a local PC repair shop
My advice is only to get a laptop if you need the mobility. Else desktops are generally more affordable for the same specs and repairable.... and suffer from less heat issues.... so probably fit your budget much better.
