Back to that fantasy Job idea. What if there was actually a job called "Mother"?
Essentially it would be a trainer role, except inaddition to enhancing motherly duties it has a tremendous effect on her children.

SCENERIO, A woman with the "Mother" job losses her baby stolen by Changlings. Finds a wandering adventurer Gnome girl, and "adopts" her as her baby. Next thing you know their level goes down to 0. A great lost but with surprising side effects.
