Bloovoopsicle Journal Finale - HEATLELUJAH!!

I am so tired. And so thankful it's finally done. I am writing to you now from a comfortable computer room. But let me give a rundown of what happened:
TUESDAY: First, we had a large group arrive on Tuesday morning to start the install. The intent was to get everything installed Tuesday night.
Got to removing the old stuff and found the new unit they got for me in the living room is too large for the allocated space. Now, the fault of that laid squarely on their shoulders, as neither the salesman nor the project manager who came over to get pictures of everything apparently thought to compare the size of the old unit with what they were selling me.
So they asked 'Can we move it somewhere else?'. I said no. The position was intended to be a crosswind with the other unit down the halls that I had. And it had to go there. Since the unit they sold me would not fit, they said they would have to go to a lower power unit, to give 'essentially what I had before'. I said for $17k, I expect more than just 'what I had before'. And they offered to put in a THIRD unit in my bedroom to help with pushing heat out into my computer room. I said "Just so we're clear - this is 100% your cost, as I cannot afford one penny more."
They agreed. However, the problems arose - the smaller units were not available locally, and they had to get it from warehouses a few hours away. So they had to pack up for the day. But they'd be in early tomorrow with the items in hand to start work.
One more night of cold. I could take it.
WEDNESDAY: The group arrives around 8AM. They start fiddling with things in preparation of the great equipment arrival. And then an hour into it, the lead tech comes over with a sheepish grin on his face.
"Sorry, the units aren't here. They're on their way. Should be here by late this afternoon. We may have to come back tomorrow"
I'm incredibly frustrated and angry but I steel myself. Yelling isn't going to accomplish anything. He tells me as soon as they have it in hand, they'll come back, but for now, the group is going to leave and work on other things while they wait. Greaaaat.
A half hour later, I hear the door knock. It's another two people from the company who are here to work on the electrical system. I told them that the lead tech said everything's on hold until the equipment arrives. The man had a shocked look, and I followed with 'Do you guys not communicate with each other?'. He admits that is the case, so I shoo him away to yell at the project manager or whatnot, and I go back to doing things to keep my mind off the cold.
ANOTHER half hour later, I get a call from the Manager of our local branch. He says good news - the parts are there! Note this is about 10AM - a couple hours shy of 'Not in hand, gotta wait till tomorrow'. I push my insanity to the side and say 'yes good come over here and get it installed please!'.
So after about four hours of two crews... I HAVE HEAT AGAIN!!!! <3 <3 <3 Right now I'm letting it go full blast heat to get the house to a nice toasty level - something I rarely do, but I think I've earned it.
Again, a huge thank you to all your supportive words and suggestions. You guys are awesome. <3
Now if you all will excuse me - I'm going to go lay down, and try to destress. But at least i won't have to bundle up now to do so.

FA+

Of course, maybe I should save a word like that for if it had actually gone off without a hitch YESTERDAY.
What a crappy series of events to prove these people don't know what they're doing half the time.
