Initial situation seemed overwhelming with estimates of roughly 50 Orks of various types advancing quickly in first wave, 60 in second wave alongside heavy and light vehicles.
First wave dealt with while sustaining minimal casualties. Second wave followed shortly after. Sustained fewer casualties from second wave so far then from first wave. Imperial Dragons casualties consist of heavy damage to the Predator tank.
Second wave failed to reach our lines, taken down by massed fire from us and our Brother Marines. Small enemy walkers dealt with successfully at range by missiles and contributing heavy weapons fire.
We have begun to advance now that the enemy infantry have been dealt with. I suspect the Ork vehicles will fall to friendly missiles and meltaguns in the near future; there are not many left.
Our casualties seem light at the moment. The Ork responsible for this assault is to be commended for sending his forces in in waves, as the break between waves has allowed us to deal with each successive attack with minimal casualties.
Emperor be praised that these Orks follow the leader they do. Will continue fighting and report back once we have broken their assault completely.
Personal note, these Orks seem to have gotten their vile hands on Imperial tanks to make their, 'Battlewagons.' Once these have been dealt with, will ensure that they are melted down into scrap and ejected into a nearby sun when possible.
Situation seems under control for now. Prepare the decontamination teams for deployment.
For the Emperor.
