⫘⫘⫘ 1. GENERAL TERMS ⫘⫘⫘
1.1. You must be 18 years old for exotic and adult art.
1.2. Characters must comply with the age limit set for the depicted content.
1.3. If you want the work to remain anonymous or confidential, please let us know in the order discussion in advance.
1.4. I reserve the right to use any artwork ordered by me for promotional purposes. For example, banner ads, advertisements, sample orders, etc.
1.5.You can post the works ordered from me anywhere, provided that the caption or description of your post contains a link to my FurAffinity page.
1.6. I usually do not use drawings with other people's characters in any other commercial works (goods, etc.), but if I decide to do so, I will first ask your permission and notify you.
1.7. You are not allowed to use my work for any commercial purposes, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. (Please contact me for more information)
⫘⫘⫘ 2. COMMISSIONS ⫘⫘⫘
2.1 References: provide clear references (poses, emotions, color scheme). For NSFW content, specify the boundaries. Specify all possible nuances and suggestions. Ask questions.
2.2 After personal communication and discussion of the order, I provide sketches.
2.3 After one of them is selected and all the edits are made, I proceed to the color.
2.4 Changes: 2 free rounds of edits. Further edits are paid for
2.5 It is advisable to make the payment within 24 hours after sending the invoice.

3.1 After the auction is completed, I will contact the winner personally. If there is no response within 3 days, I will cancel the application.
3.2 It is advisable to pay within 24 hours after sending the invoice.
3.3 Installment payments or other types of installment payments are available only to regular customers and upon recommendation.
⫘⫘⫘ 4. PROCESS & DEADLINES ⫘⫘⫘
4.1 The average order completion time is from 8 days to 1.5 months, depending on the complexity and workload.
4.2 There are no strict deadlines, unless they are agreed and paid (+50% for urgency). I'll let you know about any delays.
4.4 I will send you reports throughout the process.
4.5 Changes and corrections are accepted at the sketch stage. For more than 2 edits after approval, a fee is charged (+5% for each edit).
4.6 I do not make any edits or changes to the finished works, unless it is related to my mistake.
4.7 My mistakes are corrected for free, at any stage of the work. .
4.8 After you approve the final version and I send you a high-resolution file, the transaction is considered completed.
4.9 Complete confidentiality (unpublished works) is provided only if you warned about it at the very beginning (when discussing the order).
⫘⫘⫘ 5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS ⫘⫘⫘
5.1 I will not start working without a full 100% prepayment.
5.2 Payment method: US dollars/Euros. By means of: Boosty, Hipolink, or lava.top.(if you have any difficulties, please contact me, we will go through this difficult stage together)
5.3 Commission and taxes of payment systems are not included in the price
5.4 I am from Russia and we have a little problem with PayPal.
5.5 When making an order, think carefully and make sure that you definitely want to make it, because due to the difficulties with transfers, I do not believe that I will be able to refund your money if you decide to cancel the order.
⫘⫘⫘ 6. DELIVERY & FILES ⫘⫘⫘
6.1 The finished files will be provided in high resolution by a convenient means for you from cloud storage to email, social network.
6.2 I do not share the .psd/.sai source files without prior approval.
