Good day, Family.

Sitting here, about to prep things for pot roast tonight. I'm a big fan of the slow-cooker, I think that's something I picked up from my Mom. Just toss all the ingredients into the pot and let it cook alllll day.

Last couple days, I injured myself (twice). First I accidentally cut my thumb with a cheese grater, not badly...but still. Then as I was walking to the shower, I ran into Matt's tall dresser and got myself a nice little new scar to show for it.. fun times.

I'm on the mend, it ain't gonna kill me heh. I usually pretty mindful of my surroundings, but the last two days were really testing me. hehe.

All in all though, things are good.
