I really want to know. Is it only me or is it an actual thing that your mood and health are declining right before birthday? Does anyone have something like that?

I resently had a really questionable situation with studies, then my tooth, and just minutes ago my phone just died in my hands. My mind is shattering rn. My best guess would be that it's all just a test. But no worries, I remember I have a job to do, I'm on it.
