My weightloss / muscle gain journey day: 001

Hello everyone, thank ya for coming by my lil blog.
Today i started out my journey to lose weight and get some muscle mass, i kind of wanted to do it for a very, very long time.
I kinda need it, my doc told me to do it as well so i figured i might as well write blogs on here :D
what steps i take:
1. Intermitten fasting
I get to eat from 9:45am to 5:45pm so i got 8 hours of eating time, the rest of the time im not allowed to eat
2. More active lifestyle
I have been a very very lazy boy for most of my life, ever since I got my pc it kind of seald my fate XD
starting today (07.03.2026) ive decided to be more active, today i presure washed my moms patio, it was very very satisfying,
I also took a walk around the village i live in
3. Less fastfood
I kinda got addicted to fast food, BK is my current vice, its so expensive but some of their stuff is just good,
Still i have to stop going there so so often, its not healthy and i can tell, i feel more, slugish ? i cant really describe it
4. More water!!!!
I dont drink enough water, ive been a dehydrated wolf XD if someone got tips for that please tell me
5. Snacks
I got a snacking problem, i try to switch from chips to something diffrent, please give me some advice !

goal weight:
- 100
