Batch 13 finished, updates, and discussions

General
So....batch 13 is finished!
or was finished a week ago while I took a break. Though during my break. I have been thinking about making some price changes. As of now, I am under-employed, which means I work part time, which also means income. However, I have been thinking about changing up my prices, specificly lowering it thanks to my income. But there is one thing I have been concerned with. The iconic sumo discount.
Basically whenever you order something sumo related, you get a 15% discount. It does knock prices for my customers, but I feel that I may be too generous with them and allowing the policy to be loosely applied. my initial idea is to ultimately remove the discount, or at least setting up a specific prerequisit to make the commission eligable for a discount.
While the adjustment/removal does help balance out the issue I have with the possible new prices, I do worry about how my customers will react. And I put customers first before profits.
I need to ask you guys. before I announce the opening of batch 14, should I keep the discount, adjust it, or remove it?
please tell me what you think.

First off, glad to hear that you’re doing better. As for the pricing I’ve always thought you had very reasonable pricing, so whether you should lower or increase it, I can’t say. However, as for a discount, that’s a positive in my book and I think having some kind of criteria to become eligible for it is a good idea.
