So, this feels weird...
I've been a furry ever since the early 90s, and I've been in the fandom as an appreciator of all of this awe-inspiring artwork since before FA existed. I was on Yerf before it became the VCL. I read furry fiction on Playmouse before sofurry was even a whisper of an idea.
Something something do not recite the deep magics to me, I was there when they were written...
Anyway, I've been starting my own creative journey. It's something I've always wanted to do, and realistically if I'd been smart I would have started 20 years ago, but as the old saying goes the second-best time to start is today. So a year ago I sat down, started watching tutorials and watching an entirely unhealthy amount of Drawfee content, and got myself a pen display. I finally started taking my skills with writing and wordplay more seriously, and I'm putting out actual stories that I hope may actually be published someday.
It's been immensely rewarding so far, especially for a 40+ year old greymuzzle like me. It's never too late to start learning.
