I'm kind of always desperately in need of money right now. I've thought about doing comms for a bit they now (they have technically always been open), but I dont know if I'm good enough to have people pay for my art, let alone if anyone would even want to. I also don't know how to price myself tbh. I also do prefer, and am better at, traditional art, which i would have no issues also sending to the commissioner. Of course i can do digital, but its just harder, a bit, for me. Thoughts?

I've always had a soft spot for traditional art so I would totally be willing to get a commission ^^

Awesome. You have a lot of fun OCs so I'd love to. My issue is still just being unsure how to price myself. Like I have different sketchbook sizes, so that would change the price. Also sketch or line, color or not, special effects (would probably be free cus they are just fun to do/experiment with). Also would i make people pay for shipping if they want it? Idk, I guess im asking what you think the price should be, or what youd be willing to pay?

I can't give too much advice since I'm not an artist and I don't know how much time and effort you have to put into your art, but I'd say since your just starting commissions to go with the minimum you would accept to do the work. If you do want a actual price suggestion I think 10-30$ would be good but it depends on what you feel is worth it
Thanks. I have a good amount of time, and for the time and effort ill figure out the prices. I'm thinking $5 for a sketch, $10 for line, and maybe $15 for full color. With maybe an extra $2 charge for doing it on a bigger page. And any extra charges maybe for difficulty, but very unlikely. If you think those are decent prices, you can tell me you're idea, and be happy to consider it! If you still want to comm me ofc 🙂↕️
