When I heard about Pokemon Champions I thought it was going to be the Next Pokémon Stadium. The I heard about VP points and was like "Points to unlock things? Weird." Then I find out it's coming to Switch 2 IOS and Android? I was confused then find out it has a battle pass... and is free to start... so it's just literally Pokemon Fortnight. So everything about pokemon except PVP battles so a game that's going to quickly become dominated by Whales employing a handful of team they got off Smogon. Thanks but no thanks.
I can already see it. The Game has limited Pokemon storage. They will add the option to get more, of VP points which you can grind for... or buy them.
You can edit your pokemon's stats and moves for VP. Which of course you'll need to grind for... or buy them.
That space where oh you can get everything for free... if you make the game your job.
