I didn't mention it here, with all the FA chaos, but I finally got a job -and- I'm moving!
Actually moving Saturday and starting the job Monday. Very sudden, but I guess it's better to get it over-with. I hate moving so much, can't really relax until all my stuff is in the new place and the utilities are hooked up.
But things are good! Still sober, working will be very good for me. Dying to see how I handle things now that I'm clean. A real fresh start. Oh and it's a permanent role, no more contract BS, so I can finally get settled somewhere. I want to buy a condo or something next time. And an el gato.
I'm sitting on a lot of good drawing ideas, but progress will be slower with 40 less drawing hours. Though my new place is like 15 minutes from work so I'm not losing ~ 6 hrs/wk to the commute anymore, hehehe.
