So I got a call from my sis on Friday and was back out at the old homestead Saturday.
Mom had had an intestinal blockage that had to be surgically removed, along with a discovered track of gangre infected Then yesterday her stitches started leaking, turns out the re-attachment opened up a bit.
So we got her to surgery this morning; I'm waiting in the room while she now waits in the recovery room. So seems the new operation went as well as it could.
Will see if I can wrap up in time for FWA, but the timing of things this year...
