has the right idea - to challenge your cooking skills with ONE ingredient that you may or may not commonly use!
There's no time limit or special prize involved, though you do get bragging rights for being extra creative.
Mild, spicy, or whatever your favorite curry is (and there are a -lot- out there, not just from India mind you) - let's see what you can come up with!

Today being Cinco de Mayo, however, I am trying my foot at Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Sauce.
I like curry, i just can't justify making it since i live alone, and its not worth making a single serving lol.
I’ll try to join in, but either way I’m excited to see what people create!
