hi! I made a journal about this a while ago but immediately deleted it--gonna try to keep this one up.
I am currently taking commissions as usual. I don't have set prices but I do pay-what-you-can and base the level of detail on the budget. I have done a simple sketch for $5, lines and flats for $15, painted characters for $20, and backgrounds for $30+. usually people tend to pay in the range of $20-$40. but it's up to the customer how much they want to pay.
as far as subject matter, you see on my page here I tend to get commissioned for the same kind of subject often, but I'm willing to draw a pretty wide range of things. when in doubt about what you want me to draw, just ask. please don't request anything that could get me into legal trouble or that promotes anything bigoted or mean spirited.
