Well, this is my first journal on FurAffinity, so here it goes!
Just a bit about me-
I recently came to terms with my own Bisexuality, something that I've kept repressed for around three years now, and im FAR better off for it. The self-imposed repression had been eating away at my soul, and as a result I hadnt been truly happy in that entire time. But a song from my favorite band (Muse) and encouragement from some absolutely wonderful people (points to lionbear01) have released my heart from its shackles, and I've never been happier. I wish you could type your own "mood" into your profile page here, because "Over the Fucking Moon" isnt an option XD. On to other topics, as you might have guessed (>.>) my favorite band is Muse, but Im also a big fan of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Modest Mouse, Coheed and Cambria, and Dragonforce. and pretty much any other band even remotely like those. My art style is my own, but ive borrowed heavily from the style of Akiyoshi Hongo (no idea how to spell his name >.>), the creator of Digimon. My art equipment consists of a sketchpad, a bunch of graphite sticks, an Intuos 3 tablet, and Paint Tool SAI. Im a big videogame nut, and my favorite series are The Legend of Zelda, Castlevania, Metal Gear Solid, Pokemon, Metroid, and Resident Evil. I currently own a SNES, N64, Gamecube, Sega Dreamcast, GBA, and DS lite. Im also a huge book reader, and love me some fantasy novels. In particular, Im a big fan of the Dragonlance novels by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. Im also a fan of George Orwell's works. Currently, Im reading A Game of Thrones.
On to my fursona-
His name is Rezner Marklain, nicknamed Blitz Runner (hence my name), and he is, unlike me, completely gay. He currently has a love interest, Lozk Granduhl (another character of my invention) who is a standard red fox. Rezner never wears a shirt, for reasons that im still working out in my head, and always keeps his arm bandaged (again, for reasons currently
undisclosed).
Anyway, glad to be on FA. Im happier now then ive ever been, and id love to meet some new friends here. Good day to you all, and please comment on my art! I cant get any better if you dont comment!
